Overview

The goal of Aqua Master was to create an all-in-one pool management dashboard that simplifies and streamlines the day-to-day operations of pool maintenance, bookings, and inventory tracking. Designed for pool operators, the platform aims to reduce administrative overhead, improve efficiency, and provide an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that can be accessed from both desktop and mobile devices. The solution helps pool management teams to stay organized and on top of their tasks, ultimately delivering a seamless and reliable management experience.

Challenge

The main challenge was to design an intuitive interface that could handle a variety of pool management tasks, such as maintenance tracking, booking management, and inventory.

Solution

To tackle these challenges, we focused on designing a clean, easy-to-navigate dashboard that consolidated all essential features in one place. Key aspects of the solution included:

Results

The final product significantly improved the efficiency of pool management, reducing time spent on administrative tasks by 40%. Pool operators found the dashboard intuitive, which led to increased user adoption and positive feedback.

After the three-month development period, the platform was successfully launched and provided the team with valuable insights for future improvements and additional features.
